Researching Self Defence for The Merry Kind of Things

Sometimes when writing a novel, you have an idea and need some data. For me, for example, I have my characters taking self-defense classes in my novel, The Merry Kind of Things.

I need some information, but not too much, and so I linked into some videos on youtube. Since there is great information here, I'm sharing them with you! (Also, you will now have a cheat sheet if I get it wrong lol)
